Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your ride. The deposit will be applied toward the total balance. Full payment is required before the ride begins. No ride will start without full payment received (cash, Zelle, or other approved methods). Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Smoking is permitted only with a $50 smoking fee and clients must follow the smoking policy. Any violation of smoking rules or excessive odor will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle or property during the booking. Damages not covered by insurance will be billed directly to the client. All rides require a minimum of 2 hours. Clients must respect the driver and vehicle at all times. Aggressive, reckless, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.
